Return And Refund Policy

If you are are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

All refunds must be approved in advance by Specialty Chemicals and Equipment prior to the actual return. No returns will be accepted 30 days after purchase.

Unauthorized returns are subject to restocking charge.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact Specialty Chemicals and Equipment prior to the actual return and have the return be accepted in writing prior to the actual return.

In addition, your item must be clean, undamaged, and fully functional.

Refunds:

Once we recieve your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately let you know the status of this refund once the inspection is complete.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the terms and conditions of your financing or depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping for returning the item. This specific cost is non-refundable and at the purchasers expense.
